If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
captogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there are indications of suspicious activity, fraud, system manipulation, or a violation of these terms. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email address and given the opportunity to submit a clarification in accordance with captogel's internal procedures.
Account closure at the user's own request can be processed by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy once all verifications have been completed.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By using the services of captogel, users agree not to engage in any of the following under any circumstances:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud in any form.
- Manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automation software (bots) for betting purposes.

Every deposit made by a user must originate from a bank account or payment account registered in the same name as the captogel account. captogel reserves the right to decline or return deposits from sources whose identity cannot be verified, or that do not match the name of the account holder.
